THINGS TO TRY
Make sure that the AV cable is correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console.
Disconnect the AV cable from the Xbox 360 console, and then reconnect the AV cable to the Xbox 360 console.
If the four flashing red lights continue to flash, try wiping the metal area of the AV pack with a dry cloth. The metal area is the end that plugs into the console. Wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then try the AV Pack again.
If the AV cable is correctly connected but the four red lights are still flashing, substitute a different AV cable if you have one available.

THINGS TO TRY
Try restarting the console.
If restarting the console does not resolve the behavior, follow these steps:
Turn the console off.
Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console.
Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
Firmly reconnect all the cables.
Turn on the console.
If these steps do not resolve the behavior, turn the console off, remove the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the 3x Red LED error light is no longer displayed, turn the console off, re-attach the hard drive, and then turn on the console.
Also examine the lights on the power supply. When you turn on the console, the power supply light should illuminate green even if the three lights on the RoL flash red.

- Overheating

Alternativly Overheating can be cause by the console locking up or "freezing" after a set amount of time. Lockups that occur at a specific point in a game are generally problems with the game itself and not caused by overheating.

THINGS TO TRY
Let the Xbox 360 console cool.
Note You may have to wait several hours for the console to cool enough. Do not turn on the console when the console is hot.
Verify that the console has sufficient ventilation and that the fan is operating. For more information about ventilation, see the "More Information" section.
PREVENTION SUGGESTIONS
To try to prevent this problem, use the following precautions:
Do not block any ventilation openings on the Xbox 360 console.
Do not put the Xbox 360 console on a bed, on a sofa, or on any other soft surface that may block ventilation openings.
Do not put the Xbox 360 console in a confined space, such as a bookcase, a rack, or a stereo cabinet, unless the space is well-ventilated.
Do not put the Xbox 360 console near any heat source, such as a radiator, a heat register, a stove, or an amplifier.
DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR CONSOLE IN THE FREEZER OR OUT IN COLD WEATHER
Some people think that doing this might help "fix" an overheating console, in fact doing so could cause even bigger problems. Electronic devices like your console are made to function at and around room temperature, extreme cold temperatures can often cause just as many problems as extreme warm temperatures (such as overheating). Also if the console is located in a dramatically cold area while running, the difference in temperature between the hot console and cold air can create condensation which in turn will short out your console making the situation far worse. Condensation will happen more quickly if your console is overheating due to the greater difference in temperature. In short... DON'T DO IT.

A more agressive Solution to overheating is to improve the cooling system of the console. The best solution is to replace the thermal compound. If you attempt this you do so at your own risk. If you're console is still underwaranty it is recomended that you contact MS for a replacement before attempting to fix it yourself.

- Hardware Failure

The Specific Type of hardware failure can be determined by the error code displayed on the screen.
If the screen is blank or you would like additional information follow the instructions for determining the secondary error code in the section below
E45: Unknown (possibly dashboard update related)

E64: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc.

E65: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

E66: DVD Drive Error: DVD model, or version does not match that of the version expected by the dashboard. OR the firmware version on the drive is older then the firmware version expected by the dashboard. Make sure the DVD drive is of the same version originally included with the console and that it is using either the original firmware included with the console or newer.

E67: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it

E68: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it, This can also be caused by a Hard Drive Eprom Error. Some also believe this might be caused by a problem with the fans.

E69: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it

E71: possibly a dashboard update error, Check below in the "Console Reset Codes" for instructions. If that does not work there is no other solution and the console must be sent back to MS for repair

E72: (not yet known)

E73: General Hardware Error: Ethernet port... this error is caused by a problem with the Ethernet port.

E74: AV cable error... There is a problem with the AV cable, try using a different AV cable. If the cable is known to be working then there is a 90% chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip connected directly to the AV cable) in rare cases it is the GPU.

E76: (not yet known)

E79: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it

--==SECONDARY ERROR CODES==-
The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code
Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash.

Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number:
All four lights flashing - 0
One light flashing - 1
Two Lights flashing - 2
Three lights flashing - 3

0001 power supply problem
0002 Network Interface problem
0003 Power problem could be the PSU could be the GPU/CPU, somehow the console isn't getting clean power from the power supply.
0010 over heating
0011 over heating - If you are receiving this error after disassembling your console make sure to all 8 of the heatsync screws are tightened securely to the board/heatsink holes.
0012 over heating
0013 over heating
0020 (Not yet known, possibly overheating)
0021 DVD Drive Time out - Can be caused by problems with a firmware flash. This is also speculated to sometime be caused by a problem with the southbridge chipset on the motherboard.

0102 unknown error
though it's most likely GPU related literally means the console does not know what is wrong. possibly a short or cold solder joint somewhere. So far there is 1 major theory for what causes most of these errors is that the Ram, CPU, or GPU are not soldered properly to the mother board due either to poor manufacturing or excessive heat up and cool down cycles that stress, weaken and eventually break the soldered connection.
There are two theories to fixing this one deals with the "X" clamps that hold down the chips. The other involves re-Heating the chips. DO NOT attempt either of these if your console is still under warranty. If your console is still under warranty return it to the store where it was purchased or call MS to have it replaced. I have also heard of limited success by simply switching the AV cable from "HDTV" mode to "TV" mode.

--==Console Reset Codes==--
Clear All Installed Game Updates and Console Cache
Go to the "system" blade
Select "memory"
Press Y on the HD symbol
Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X
A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"
Select Yes
Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error.
With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally

مواردی که باید انجام دهید :

طبق دستور و العملی که در پایین آمده است کدهای خطا را چک کنید

مواردی که باید انجام دهید :

1. سعی کنید کنسول را Restart کنید.
2. اگر با Restart کردن کنسول مشکلی حل نشد موارد زیر را انجام دهید :

+ کنسول را خاموش کنید.
+ کابل برق و کابل AV و کابل های دیگر را از کنسول جدا کنید.
+ کابل برق را از پریز برق بکشید.
+ سیم ها را دوباره به راحتی وصل کنید.
+ کنسول را روشن کنید.

3. اگر مراحل بالا مشکل را حل نکرد،کنسول را خاموش کنید.Hard Drive را جدا کنید و سپس کنسول را روشن کنید.اگر 3 چراغ LED قرمز رنگ بیش از این نمایش داده نشد کنسول را خاموش کنید و Hard Drive را دوباره وصل کرده و کنسول را روشن کنید.
4. همچنین چراغ برق ذخیره(آداپتور برق) را امتحان کنید.وقتی که کنسول را روشن کردید،چراغ برق ذخیره(آداپتور برق) به صورت سبز نمایان می شود،حتی اگر 3 چراغ روی RoL چشمک بزند.

قسمت 1 و 3 چراغ قرمز چشمک زن می باشد

- بیش از حد گرم شده ( گرمای شدید )

بطور متناوب گرم شدن می تواند با قفل شدن کنسول همراه باشد یا Freez شدن بعد از مدتی قفل کردن که در یک نقطه خاص از بازی اتفاق می افتد که مشکل از بازی می باشد و ارتباطی به گرم شدن کنسول ندارد.

مواردی که باید انجام دهید :

1. بگذارید کنسول XBox 360 سرد شود.
ممکن است ساعت ها طول بکشد تا کنسول سرد شود.تا زمانی که کنسول گرم است هرگز آن را روشن نکنید.
2. بررسی کنید که کنسول تهویه کافی دارد و فن های آن کار می کنند.

توصیه هایی برای پیشگیری

برای جلوگیری از بروز این مشکل توصیه های زیر را انجام دهید :

» هیچ تهویه ای را از روی کنسول جدا نکنید.
» کنسول را روی تخت خواب،مبل و جای نرم نگذارید،ممکن است روزنه های تهویه مسدود شوند.
» کنسول را در جاهای محدود مانند کیف نگذارید،فقط در صورتی که کنسول مشکل تهویه نداشته باشد.
» کنسول را در نزدیک محل های گرم مانند رادیاتور،شوفاژ و آمپلی فایر قرار ندهید.

هشدار : هرگز کنسول را در فریزر و جای خنک قرار ندهید،زیرا بعضی ها فکر می کنند برای سرد شدن باید کنسول را در جای خنک قرار داد.

قسمت 4 چراغ قرمز چشمک زن می باشد

- اشکال سخت افزاری

اشکال سخت افزاری می تواند به وسیله کد خطایی که در صفحه تلویزیون نمایش داده می شود،شناسایی شود.
اگر صفحه سفید است یا شما اطلاعات اضافی نیاز دارید می توانید کد های خطای زیر را بررسی کنید.

E45 : شناخته نشده ( مربوط به آپدیت داشبورد می باشد. )

E64 : خطای DVD Drive ... اتمام مهلت DVD،فریمور اشتباه،DVD بدون F/W و ... می باشد.


E65 : خطای DVD Drive ... اتمام مهلت DVD،فریمور اشتباه،DVD بدون F/W و ... که می تواند به وسیله طبق(جعبه 2 خانه) که به طور کامل بسته نشده،خراب شود.

E66 : خطا در مورد DVD : مدل DVD،ورژن آن با ورژن اصلی هماهنگ نیست یا ورژن فریمور قدیمی می باشد.مطمئن شوید DVD Drive اصلی می باشد و از آخرین فریمور عرضه شده برای آن استفاده کنید.

E67 : خطای Hard Drive ... می تواند مشکل از Hard Drive یا ارتباط داخلی آن باشد.پیشنهاد می شود آن را از کنسول جدا کنید و بدون Hard Drive بازی هایتان را انجام دهید.

E68 : خطای ولتاژ ... این خطا به معنای این است که برق کافی برای کار کردن کنسول وجود ندارد.دلیل آن نیز می تواند Hard Drive یا Fan های کنسول باشد که برق زیادی مصرف می کنند.حتی می تواند به دلیل استفاده از امکانات جانبی مثل Fan های خارجی(Intercooler) باشد.ابتدا وسایل اضافه را جدا کنید سپس وسایلی مثل هارد و وسایل USB را نیز جدا کنید.

E69 : خطای Hard Drive ... می تواند مشکل از Hard Drive یا ارتباط داخلی آن باشد.پیشنهاد می شود آن را از کنسول جدا کنید و بدون Hard Drive بازی هایتان را انجام دهید.

E71 : احتمالا خطای آپدیت داشبورد می باشد.از کدهای Reset کنسول استفاده کنید.در صورتی که کار نکرد،راه حل دیگری ندارد و کنسول باید برای تعمیر به شرکت فرستاده شود.

E72 : هنوز شناخته نشده است.

E73 : خطای عمومی سخت افزار : پورت Ethernet ... این خطا به وسیله یک مشکل با کابل یا پورت Ethernet پیش می آید.

E74 : شانس زیادی وجود دارد که مشکل با Chip (اندازه گیر) سمت تراشه ANA یا HANA نزدیک به محل اتصال کابل AV باشد.همچنین می تواند مشکل از خطای کابل AV باشد،بنابراین ابتدا کنترل کنید.در بعضی حالات مشکل از GPU می باشد که می تواند با X-Clamp قابل تعمیر باشد ( به خطای 0102 مراجعه کنید )

E76 : این خطا به تراشه پورت Ethernet مربوط می شود.یک تراشه خراب باعث به وجود آمدن خطا نمی شود،اما با برداشتن تراشه کنترل Ethernet انجام می شود.ممکن است به وسیله Ethernet های خراب دیگر هم شود.

E79 : خطای Hard Drive ... می تواند مشکل با خود Hard Drive یا مشکل با اتصال داخلی آن باشد.سعی کنید Hard Drive را بیرون آورید و بدون آن بازی کنید.طبق tmbinc : E79 کد خطا می باشد.اگر xam.xex نتواند اجرا شود فایل سیستم خراب می باشد.

این نوع خرابی سخت افزاری به صورت یک کد خطای مخفی نمایش داده می شود.

» XBox 360 را روشن کنید و بگذارید 3 چراغ قرمز روشن شود.
» کلید Sync ( کلید دایره رنگ که در کنار بخش ورودی مموری کارت وجود دارد ) را فشار داده و نگه دارید.زمانی که آن را نگه داشتید کلید Eject درایو را فشار دهید.
» چراغ های LED با اولین شماره در کد بطوریکه در ذیل شرح داده شده چشمک خواهند زد.
» دکمه Eject را آزاد کنید و دوباره فشار دهید.
» حالا LED ها چشمک خواهند زد و دومین شماره کد نمایش داده می شود.
» دکمه Eject رو آزاد کنید و دوباره فشار دهید.
» حالا LED ها چشمک خواهند زد و سومین شماره کد نمایش داده می شود.
» دکمه Eject رو آزاد کنید و دوباره فشار دهید.
» حالا LED ها چشمک خواهند زد و چهارمین شماره کد نمایش داده می شود.
» دکمه Eject رو آزاد کنید و دوباره فشار دهید.
» LED ها به 3 چراغ قرمز برمی گردند.

شما باید قادر باشید که فرق بین 3 چراغ قرمز با 3 چراغی که برای کدهای اشتباه روشن می شوند را بوسیله درجه ای که آنها چشمک می زنند،تشخیص دهید.

در اینجا می توانید چگونگی به دست آمدن کد برای LED ها را بفهمید :

» چهار چراغ قرمز چشمک می زنند - 0 (صفر)
» یک چراغ قرمز چشمک می زند - 1 (یک)

0001 مشکل Power Supply

0002 مشکل خط اتصال شبکه

0003 مشکل Power می تواند PSU باشد،می تواند GPU/CPU باشد،هر چند که کنسول برق درست از قسمت Power Supply نمی گیرد.

0010 مشکل با تراشه پل جنوبی ( Southbridge Chip ) که عملش در ارتباط با اتصال با مادربورد است می باشد( اتصال لحیم سرد/اتصالات لیحم )

0011 گرم شدن CPU - اگر شما چنین اشتباهی دریافت کردید،بعد از این که کنسول را جدا کردید،اطمینان حاصل کنید که 8 پیچ هیتسینک به برد/سوراخ محکم وصل باشند.

0012 CPU خیلی گرم شده است.

0013 RAM خیلی گرم شده است.

0020 هنوز شناخته نشده است.احتمالا به دلیل گرمای زیاد می باشد.

0021 می تواند به دلیل هر یک از موارد زیر باشد :

الف) فاصله DVD Drive - می تواند با Flash فریمور مشکل ساز باشد.ثابت شده که به وسیله یک مشکل با Chipset پل جنوبی روی مادربورد که به DVD Drive وصل می شود،باعث شده است.
ب) خطای GPU, معمولا با یک اتصال ناقص (ضعیف) به مادربورد است.(اتصال لیحم سرد/اتصالات لیحم).خطای 102 را برای اطلاعات بیشتر ببینید.

0022 خطای CPU, که معمولا بدلیل اتصال ضعیف با مادربورد است.(اتصال لیحم سرد/اتصالات لیحم).همچنین می تواند به وسیله یک خطا با TSOP باشد.

0023 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0030 مشکل با کنترل دما می باشد

0031 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0032 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0033 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0100 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0101 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

0102 خطا در " Digital Backbone " ( یعنی CPU/GPU/RAM ) که معمولا بوسیله محل اتصال لحیم سرد بین GPU و مادربورد است،نمایش داده می شود.
دو تئوری برای حفظ این موضوع وجود دارد که با X-Clamp که تراشه ها را نگه می دارد،می باشد و دیگری مربوط می شود به گرمای مجدد تراشه ها.در صورتی که کنسول شما گارانتی دارد این مورد را پیگیری نکنید.

0103 خطای GPU, معمولا این خطا به دلیل نقاط لحیم پل ها،جایی که GPU به مادربورد متصل می شود،است.برای اطلاعات بیشتر خطای 0102 را ببینید.

0110 خطای RAM, علت این مشکل اتصال لحیم پل شده روی تراشه RAM است.

0200 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1000 هسته اصلی نمی تواند درگیر باشد.دستینه(Signature) در NAND Flash شکسته شده است.امکان دارد بعد از Update بد باشد یا مشکل از کابل SATA بد باشد.

1001 خطای DVD Drive, از فریمور اشتباه یا فاصله DVD ( یا همان DVD Timeout ) می باشد.

1002 خطای DVD Drive, معمولا خطای فریمور است،درایو می تواند تحت ویندوز Eject شود،بخواند و بنویسد.اما خطاها روی کنسول می باشد،فریمور اصلی باید بازسازی شود.

1003 خطای Hard Drive ... می تواند مشکل از خود Hard Drive باشد یا مشکل با اتصال داخلی آن.سعی کنید Hard Drive را جدا کنید و بدون آن بازی کنید.

1010 خطای Hard Drive, می تواند به وسیله گم شدن یا از بین رفتن eProm باشد.کد خطای E68 را در قسمت های پیشین بررسی کنید.

1011 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1012 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1013 هنوز شناخته نشده است.احتمالا خطای Update داشبورد می باشد.

1020 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1021 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1022 شانس بالایی است که مشکل تراشه بالارونده باشد ( ANA یا HANA نزدیک قسمت اتصال کابل AV ).این مشکل می تواند به وسیله کابل AV خراب رخ دهد.بنابراین ابتدا کنترل کنید.در بعضی از حالات مشکل از GPU می باشد و ممکن است با استفاده از روش X-Clamp قابل تعمیر باشد.

1023 DVD درایو وصل نیست.آن را برای Boot شدن وصل کنید.

1030 این خطا با تراشه کنترل پورت Ethernet بوجود می آید.یک تراشه خراب باعث به وجود آمدن اشکال نمی شود،اما با برداشتن تراشه کنترل Ethernet انجام می گیرد.ممکن است به وسیله Ethernet های خراب دیگر هم شود.

1031 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1032 هنوز شناخته نشده است.

1033 می تواند مربوط به CPU/GPU یا PSU باشد.اطلاعات مطمئن دیگری وجود ندارد.

1444 و بالاتر در کدها خطا "4" وجود ندارد،در کدهای خطا 4 چراغ یک "0" است.بازگردید و دوباره کد را چک کنید.

کدهای Reset کردن کنسول

====================

تمامی آپدیت های مربوط به بازی ها و ذخیره های پنهانی کنسول را پاک کنید.

1. به تب System بروید.
2. Memory را انتخاب کنید.
3. علامت Y را روی سمبل HD بزنید.
4. به ترتیب از راست X و X و LB و RB و X و X را بزنید.
5. این پیغام ظاهر می شود : "Do You Want To Perform Maintenance On Your XBox 360 Storage Devices?"
6. Yes را بزنید.


تمامی آپدیت های خراب سیستم را که باعث بروز خطا در کنسول شده است،پاک کنید

1. زمانی که کنسول خاموش می باشد،کلید Sync را فشار داده و آن را نگه دارید.
2. زمانی که کلید Sync را نگه داشتید،کلید برق را فشار دهید تا کنسول روشن شود.
3. نگه داشتن کلید Sync را ادامه دهید تا کنسول به طور کامل Boot شود.
4. در مدت زمان Boot شدن،کنسول باید تمامی آپدیت هایی که خراب می باشد پاک کند،اجازه می دهد که شما آنرا به طور عادی استفاده کنید.
